Priority Shipping Upgrade
Once we have finished custom printing your order (this can take up to 3 business days), your order will be shipped USPS Priority. Most addresses are within a two business day transit from ship date but some may take up to 3 business days.
Please reach out to customer service at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding the current processing period or ship out date.
If you have any problems just message us with your order # and description of the issue.
If you end up ordering the wrong size you have up to 30 days to exchange your order for another size, once; we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. (Holiday Exchanges: Orders placed from Friday, November 24th 2017 through Sunday, December 31st 2017 are eligible for exchanges until Wednesday, January 31st 2018.)
Sorry, you can’t cancel an order, or items in an order, after it has printed or shipped. :-(
If you enter the incorrect shipping address it can only be changed while your product is in-shop. Once an item is marked as shipped it will be the customer's responsibility to either intercept their package, or reorder to their correct address.
We do not accept returns as all sales are final unless otherwise. We will issue store credit if an exchange is not requested.
